Leave a Gift in your Will

A gift in your Will can help us be here for animals in the future, every single day.

A legacy or bequest to your local RSPCA (Sussex East & Hastings Branch) will provide crucial funds and we could not carry out our work without such generous support.

If you are making a Will, please remember all RSPCA branches are separately registered charities. So, if you would like animals in your local area to benefit, please make sure that the legacy wording reads:

"I give the sum of £.... to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Sussex East & Hastings Branch, registered charity number 206314, for its general purposes and I declare that the receipt of the honorary treasurer or other proper officer of the said Branch shall be a full and sufficient discharge for the said legacy."

Gifts left to us in Wills pay for over half of all our work. They've helped us be here for animals every single day.

In the future, when an animal comes to us hungry or neglected, a gift in your Will can mean we are able to care for them. If they come to us injured, we can treat them and help them recover. If they come to us having endured fear or trauma we can help them rebuild their trust and begin a new life.

For more information, please call the centre on 01424 752121.

Black & White DLH Male, 6 years old approx.Oliver is a sensitive soul with a gentle nature. He is gaining in confidence and has become an affectionate lad, rubbing round you when you crouch to stroke him. Although he was very shy when he first arrived, he has found his feet with us and is improving all the time. He will be a very rewarding cat to have around.  He would like a home with an older family.
Ginger DSH, male, 14 years old approx.Ivan is a dear gentleman who enjoys human company. He was a stray before he came to us and looks like he's had to fend for himself for some time. He would like nothing more than a cosy home to call his own, and a safe spot to snuggle down. Although he can be shy of head strokes, he does really enjoy a fuss with a calm slow approach, and has quite a purr when his engine gets going, with his feet padding away with happiness. He would like a home with an older family. Ivan is currently in a foster home. Please ask for details.
White and ginger DSH male, 4 years old. Freddy is a very handsome lad with eyes that seem to look into your soul. Although a little unsure of new surroundings, he is affectionate and friendly. Once settled in a new home he will be a loyal companion. Freddy was a much loved friend in his previous home, but sadly his owner was no longer able to care for him. He is looking for an older family environment where he can enjoy the quiet life. He would be ideal for someone with a smaller, safe garden and no other pets. He is a sweet boy who deserves a second chance to find happiness.
