Microchipping

Christian LouboutinHow important is Microchipping?

"Very" is the answer.

We have so many calls from members of the public saying that they have a stray cat in their garden. Some of course are and have been abandoned, others not, and have a home they belong to.

Cats are clever animals and are creatures of habit they can regularly visit a garden, get fed and make this part of their daily routine visiting homes for morsels. However they may start to upset the resident cat in the household and then not be welcome.

They are then taken to centres and vets because they are causing problems. Some of these cats can have owners that maybe are out at work and are unaware of their cats habits. Microchipping helps identify if a cat is owned.

A microchip is slightly bigger than a grain of rice and sits between the shoulder blades. To insert a microchip is a quick and simple procedure and the chip is placed forever under the skin. This simple proceure can re unite you with your beloved pet.

If a cat were to stray and end up at a vets or rescue centre like Bluebell Ridge they would be scanned with a microchip scanner and their unique number will be linked with the pet details. If they are not microchipped we have no way of identifying their owner and that is why rescue centres are so full of cats.

I know I said that my Fashion Week posts were over but how could I leave this one out? I saved this post until last because christian louboutin showed his new season, Spring/Summer 2015, louboutin pumps in a few catwalk shows during the Fashion Week hype.

For as little as 10 we can microchip your cat. Just think of the heartache it would save you and your family if your cat were to be lost.

THIS IS A REALLY CHEAP PRICE TO PAY ...... PLEASE ENQUIRE AT THE CENTRE FOR MORE DETAILS.

Tortie & White DLH female, 8 years old.Maple is a beautiful troubled soul in need of understanding and kindness. She needs a patient and calm owner, who can help develop her confidence at her own pace. Maple is very wary of feet in particular and panics if she feels cornered, which is why she needs a quiet household with no children or other pets. She needs access to a litter tray in an area that is very quiet and easily accessible where she won’t be interrupted. If you are an experienced cat owner who is able to give a great deal of time into helping Maple, please contact us. Maple is currently with a Foster Carer.Provisional Reserve
Ginger Tabby & White DSH, male, 3 years old.Oscar is a cheeky young lad with lots of energy. He needs someone who can offer him plenty of opportunities to play as he loves his feather fishing rod toy. He also enjoys his puzzle feeder which gets his brain working too. Oscar is looking for an adult only household with plenty of outdoor space for him to explore. He will be a great companion in the right home, with no other pets.
Tabby DSH, male, 10 years old.King Louie is an affectionate chap, he can come across a little shy at first but once he's comfortable in his surroundings he quickly gains confidence. He loves to sit next to you having an abundance of strokes and would happily stay there for hours on end and chat to you all day! He is a sensitive soul so would need a quiet home with no other pets or children and a neighbourhood with few cats. He has been used to exploring outside in his previous home, and it would be nice for him to have a good size garden to head out into eventually. Louie is with a foster carer.Provisional Reserve
